The kids are back to school and summer vacations are over and done with. Nothing can stop you now! One of our longest challenges, ever. Why? Because our focus will be meeting your individual Strength & Conditioning goals as well as nutritional guidance and we’ll need more than 4-6 weeks to get us there and maintain the lifestyle.

*Cost – $180.00
*Dates – Monday Sept. 8th – Friday Oct. 31st
*Measurements, weigh-in, goal setting, & testing weeks 1, 4 and 7.
*Nutritional guidance and support for eight weeks using The Primal Blueprint or Whole9 program.
*Two – 1 hour personal training sessions to work towards your specific goals.
*As always, cool schwag for everyone completing the challenge, and a $100 Lululemon gift card raffle for the top 3!
*Private Facebook group page for accountability, encouragement, and sharing in the journey.
