Today. Tomorrow. The next day. Just keep showing up.
You don’t need to have an awesome home gym. Just a little space & maybe a couple weights.
You don’t have to have a master plan. It helps in the long run, but I can help with that later if you need it. 😉
Start by showing up.
Day 1: do squats & presses.
Day 2: go for a walk.
Day 3: do deadlifts & rows.
Day 4: go for a walk.
When in doubt, go for a walk. When your regular walk gets easy, add a hill or start trying to walk faster.
When your squats get easy, add more reps to each set or add an extra set or add weight.
There’s so much out there that’s “new” & “state of the art” and “cutting edge”.
I can get distracted by these things too.
But, it doesn’t have to be complicated to work. Simple works really well.
As one of my fav college professors used to say, “it’s not rocket surgery”.
So don’t over complicate it. It’s exercise. Not rocket surgery. It’s movement. So move.
