Let’s improve your Deadlift

1️⃣ Hands directly under shoulders.

2️⃣ Feet right inside your hands, slightly turned out.

3️⃣ Lock in your lats & abs by pulling the bar toward your shins.

4️⃣ DON’T LIFT THE BAR UP!

⁉️ What, what?

5️⃣ Nope! You’re going to get set up and then drive down ⬇️ through your feet as if you’re trying to dig your feet under the bar.

6️⃣ Lockout at the top.

7️⃣ To get the weight back to the floor, 

❌ DON’T bend your knees and bring the bar down around your knees

✅ DO get your hips out of the way!

Then…

☝️ Practice one thing at a time, let that thing become second nature & then add something else.
