I want to live my life as though everything is a miracle.
Because life can feel mundane sometimes. You wake up, you make breakfast, you get the kids ready for school, you go to work, you come home, you make dinner, you go to bed. Rinse and repeat.
Mundane… Only if we’re not paying attention.
But if you see everything as a miracle, your world starts to shift.
Because truly, when you think about it, it’s amazing that any of us are even here. I mean, an egg and a sperm meet and then a cascade of miraculous events happen and a human comes out of another human. 🤯
When everything’s a miracle, even going for a walk is awe-inspiring:
🌳the nature around you, the flowers blooming
🌁the streets & bridges (designed & maintained by humans)
🚦the street lights (some know when you’re waiting!)
🚙people driving (how are there not more accidents?)
🚶♀️all of the muscles in your body allowing you to propel yourself forward
I swear I’m not on mushrooms right now 🍄 🤪
I truly believe that we are all miracles.
And it’s part of the reason I love helping people move, build strength, and challenge themselves: so everyone can fully experience the miracles of life.
When you’re doing your normal daily thing today, notice the miracles, big and small.
Special thanks to my son for reading an Albert Einstein book and reminding me of this quote 💙
