Tuesday’s friendly reminder to get outside & move your body!
Moving is my favorite way to spend time with people I love: whether we’re walking, running, gardening, hiking, yoga-ing, or strength training, there’s a common goal and an immediate sense of community & camaraderie.
Today, this sweet kid asked if he could go on a run with me ♥️💥 which turned into a walk/run & a little fartlek (thanks to running into @tsgolftony).
What a fun way to start the day.
