You are a product of your habits.
Do you focus on what’s wrong (with you & everyone else)? Sit more than you’d like? Find yourself complaining or gossiping? Do you drink more than you’d prefer? Mindlessly eat junk? Stay indoors & on screens? Find yourself ranting about this group or that?

We all do all of these things.

What are your daily habits?
Do you like where your life is headed?
If you changed nothing, what would your life look like in 10 years?
If you changed *just* one thing… what would that be?
How would you change today?
You don’t need to wait until January 1 to start. December 21 is just as good a time as any.
Let the change be small. & then do it again tomorrow. Watch those daily habits add up.
