Ashtanga for Kettlebellers

Ashtanga has been a big part of my life for a little over 10 years. Because of the practice of ashtanga, I am able to do things physically (pistols, backbends, touching my toes on a regular basis) I never thought I’d be able to do. What I love about the Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala is that through the teachings and the practice, each student is encouraged to not only strengthen the body but also the mind and become more resilient, happy humans.
You all know how much I love Diana and the Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala. I’d love for everyone here to experience a what they have to offer.
Diana is allowing Pacific Strength students to come to a FREE class – Saturday, October 6th at 9:30am
Conference (the teaching for the week) starts at around 9:10 so please get there in time for that – you won’t want to miss it!
Bring a yoga mat and a small towel
Class will go from 9:30-11:00am
Diana will do a question & answer for the kettlebellers from PS after class!
