Learn how to get a killer training session in when you don’t have any equipment!
Why would you ever be in a situation where you didn’t have any kettlebells? There really is no GOOD excuse to not have a kettlebell or two hanging around… but here are a couple scenarios I came up with:
- Traveling for work & there’s no gym at the hotel. Or more likely the gym is lame with one treadmill and a ‘neverbeencleaned’ universal cable machine. Yuck.
- Visiting a relative, staying at their house, they don’t have a home gym, and there’s not even a gym to go to in town (if your family is in Franklinville, New York, this is a very real scenario).
- What about when you’re home, close to your favorite gym (Pacific Strength, of course), but your relatives are visiting, you have holiday school programs, and you need to shop, clean, make dinner, and you didn’t wake up early enough to go to the 6am class (shame shame), the only one that really worked in your schedule that day.
Well, I have one solution to all of the problems above (and any other excuse you can come up with not to train on any given day).
USE YOUR OWN BODYWEIGHT! Your body can be it’s own weight if you use it well. This workshop will teach you what to do to get a killer training session without any equipment AND you’ll go home with two (2) different workouts plans to stash in your suitcase so it’s there when you need it!
