Learn how hips naturally move, what prevents them from being strong & moving easily, and how to regain access to your hips to have more power, strength, and flexibility. You will be amazed at all the body parts that are negatively affected by hips behaving badly. Get your hips to work with you to improve how your body moves with power and grace.

What could you do if your hips were back to their naturally aligned and happy place?
Improve your squat, walk, run, dead lift, picking up grandchildren, standing, sports, navigating stairs, and lifting grocery bags. Using state-of-the-art techniques you will release stuck joints, tight or painful hip muscles, and fascia (connective tissue). This gives you the gifts of hip movement and stability which are the very foundation for almost every movement you make. We will use integrated concepts, assessments, activities, and exercises from Myofascial Release, Yoga, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS – the granddaddy of all movement therapies), and Posture Restoration Institute (PRI).

You will receive a personal assessment of your hips’ health. Once you know this, you will unlock the secret to have your body’s cooperation and reprogram how you move, erase compensation patterns, improve alignment, posture, and strength.

Open hips, combined with the ability to stabilize, allows the body to balance and you to have full access to the huge power and flexibility that is available in your hips. Once openness and stability is restored to your hips, you receive improved strength and flexibility, eliminated or reduced back and knee pain. With your new-found alignment you are more agile, sure footed, have better balance, and improved circulation and coordination.  

As a special bonus, opening your hips also releases stress, tension, and negative emotions which are stored in the hips.
