This Intro to our gym is designed to teach you how to swing a kettlebell safely, effectively, and to get the most out of every class.
More importantly though, it will teach you how to REALLY use your abs with every training session, how to SAFELY lift weights, and how to shorten your workouts & get better results! Stuff you can use every time you train – not JUST with kettlebells!
