It’s that time of year again.

Time to look at what you’ve done, make notes about what worked and what didn’t, and set some intentions for the year ahead.

I have 2 goal worksheets I like to use.

The first goal worksheet can be found here (SMART Goals Worksheet) and is for you if you want to get to it: you have a good idea of how things have gone in the past and you know what you want for your future.

The second goal worksheet is my favorite and can be found here (Vision). This worksheet asks some big questions, forces you to think about the future, and asks questions you typically don’t think about. I recommend you use this one every couple of years (3-5 years is good) because it’s a deep dive. You’re going to want to set aside some time by yourself to complete and you may even need to set it down and come back to it after some thought. It’s such a good exercise to do because you can keep it accessible for the next couple of years to gauge your progress or do what I did and lose it, only to find it 3 years later and discover that you’ve met all of your 10-year goals already! 🤩 Writing down your goals and dreams is pretty powerful stuff.
