Don’t know if you check our Facebook page or if you follow us on Instagram, but if you come to the evening classes, you know how strong and bad-a#$ Marilyn is. But here’s a pic of her deadlifting 135lbs. About 3 minutes later, she also deadlifted 145lbs for 2 reps. When I asked about RPE, she said it was about a 5 out of 10. Summer is in full swing and I for one am barefoot 99% of the time. We hope you all had a great July 4th weekend! We had a strong weekend at NBKB, honoring an LA Firefighter with a Hero Workout.
