Exercise, weight loss, feeling healthy, and being strong is not just about exercise. I have always known that what we do in the gym is a piece of the puzzle, but not the entire picture. Let’s challenge each other with a deep-dive into the other aspects that make us healthy – mindset, how we think and feel about our bodies, how our world view shapes how fit we become… It’s going to be so much fun!

We’ll have two Zoom book club meetings every month that will be recorded and sent out to those who aren’t able to attend.
